SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At TailorWear, we are committed to delivering artisanal precision to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world. Because every garment is a unique commission, our shipping process reflects the care and time required for bespoke craftsmanship.

1. MAKE TIMES

Everything we make is cut to order. Make times start when your stylist confirms your order:
Cloth in our Mumbai atelier: about 15 days.
Cloth imported for your order: about 30 days, subject to the mill’s stock.
Delays: if a cloth runs out or demand is unusually high, your stylist contacts you straight away with a new date or an alternative cloth. If the alternative does not suit you, we refund you in full.

2. DELIVERY

Courier: we ship by standard tracked international courier.
Cost: your stylist confirms the delivery cost together with your price before you pay.
Tracking: when your order passes our final inspection and leaves Mumbai, we email you the tracking details.

3. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES (OUTSIDE INDIA)

Duty paid by TailorWear: for the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and these European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Import duty and local taxes are included in your price, so nothing is due on delivery.
All other countries: you are the importer and pay any import duty, local taxes and customs fees on arrival. The amount is set by your country’s customs, so we cannot quote it in advance. Your local customs office can give you an estimate. If we do not deliver to your country yet, ask your stylist before you order.
Paperwork: we send the commercial invoice and the documents customs needs. If your country asks for personal paperwork, we will tell you what is needed.
Refused deliveries: because every garment is made for you, we cannot refund an order that is refused because duty or taxes were not paid.

4. DELIVERY EXCELLENCE

Every TailorWear garment is meticulously packaged in premium garment bags or specialized boxing to ensure it arrives in ready-to-wear condition. All shipments are monitored by our team until they reach your possession.
