A TailorWear Precinct gives you the infrastructure to capture that spend without building it yourself. It also insulates you from e-commerce pressure: a bespoke garment cannot be replicated online or discounted on a platform.
Do I need to invest in fabric or stock?
No stock investment is required. The only investment is in the swatch and sample kit. The physical materials your team uses during client consultations. This is structured to be fully recovered through your early order commissions. Detailed terms are discussed after an initial qualifying conversation.
What does the physical setup require inside my store?
Minimal. A dedicated consultation table and chair, a swatch showcase unit, two mannequins, and access to a fitting room – which can be shared with your existing retail space. TailorWear provides all brand assets, visual merchandising materials, and training for your team.
How are garments produced and delivered?
TailorWear handles all production from our Mumbai atelier, using fabric from our international and Indian mill network. Finished garments are delivered to your store, where your trained team manages the final fitting and handover. For minor local alterations, we provide guidelines and support.
What are the commercial terms?
Partners earn a revenue share on net realized value for every order. The percentage is discussed based on your city, store format, and business potential. Agreement tenures are typically 12 to 24 months. There are no fixed franchise fees, no royalties, and no catalogue pricing. We share detailed commercial structures only after an initial conversation establishes mutual fit.
What training does my team need?
TailorWear provides full onboarding and training on our measurement protocol, client consultation approach, and swatch library. No prior tailoring experience is required. The process is designed to be executed confidently by any well-presented retail professional.
