TailorWear was founded by Neeraj Joshi, a veteran of the fashion industry and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). During his tenure leading innovation for heritage brands like Raymond, where his work earned the prestigious ET Retail Award twice, Neeraj identified a profound gap in the market. While the world moved toward mass-produced “ready-to-wear,” the soul of the perfect fit was being lost.
